John Frieda Color Refreshing Gloss
I was on the hunt for an in between hair color product to keep my hair color looking fresh and mainly looking less brassy. I saw the John Frieda Color Refreshing Gloss while at CVS so I thought I would give it a go! I liked that they had a tone for Cool Brunettes and it says right on the front that it helps eliminate red-orange tones! There's a total of 6 different tones so they should be one for everyone! I tested this right away and my first impression is not that great... First it says to apply after shampoo and conditioning hair. I have used it twice now and have not noticed any major difference but the bottle should last 4 more washes and I'm really hoping by the end of it I will have beautiful orange-red tone free hair! I think I should leave it in longer but this isn't a dye and it's simply a gloss so sadly it's not going to be anything drastic. I will of course finish the bottle and if by the end of the gloss I have noticed a difference I will report back!
