Skincare Empties
I've accumulated a pile of finished skincare products. I havne't done one of these posts in a long time and I've accumulated so much I have to do these empties posts in 3 parts: skincare, hair products and makeup.
First up: skincare.
Like most eye creams, I don't think I really notice any difference but I just pray that in the long run they have made a difference. I did like the super cooling metal applicator. It was great to use in the morning to really wake up my face. This was a bit pricey though so I'm not sure if I'll repurchase. The cream itself is much better than what I'm currently using (Burts Bees Intense Hydration Eye Cream).
My skin was going through some rough times a few months back. I picked this up in hopes it would magically fix my problems. I don't think I noticed anything really. I had high hopes but my skin was still acting up. I still prefer La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo!
3. Mario badescu facial spray with aloe, herbs and rosewater
I loved this product! I love quick and easy products and this was felt lovely on my skin and super affordable! I will definitely repurchase this!
4. Kiehl's Ultra Facial Gel Cream
I picked this up over the summer while I was traveling. Since it was summer I wanted more of a light weight day time moisturizer. This one was more of a gel consistency but not sticky at all. It sank really quickly into my skin and it good for oily skin. It didn't smell like anything though (my all time favorite mositurizer is the Origins GinZing moisturizer - smells SOGOOD).
5. Ole Hendriksen Visual Truth Eye Cream
This was a good standard eye cream although a little pricey. I would use it again but nothing really memorable.
6. Ole Hendriksen Enlighten Me Skin Tone Corrector
Wasn't a huge fan of this. I didn't like how it felt on my skin. I also didn't really notice any results...
The first time I ever used this I noticed visible results. Instantly. However, with time I think my skin got used to this product. If you've never used it before I would highly recommend you try a sample or consider picking it up. It instantly makes your skin look more plump and radiant.
