Spring Makeup
I like to change up my routine a little for Spring and thought I’d share a little bit of what I’ve been reaching for. For my base I like something a lot more light weight. I want something just to even my skin tone but nothing heavy to actually provide any medium or full coverage. I love the Chanel Les Beiges Fluide Belle Mine because it’s sheer and super lightweight and also gives your skin a healthy glow.
Next for the face, I like to use creme blushes and creme highlighters. It looks a lot more like your real skin and just feels really fun to apply! I love the Chanel Le Blush Creme de Chanel in 62 Presage is an old favorites. It’s a bright peachy pink that is super pigmented and creamy. I just use my fingers and can easily blend them into the apples of my cheeks. I love this color! On top of that I like to add the RMS Living Luminizer. I have oily skin so sometimes shine isn’t my best friend, but this gives a really natural subtle shimmer. This is seriously beautiful and sits perfectly on my cheekbones. You can apply this anywhere you want to highlight and you will be left with healthy glowy skin! I still use my Benefit Hoola bronzer because this stuff is amazing and I’ve been addicted. That’s is all I have to say about that.
For eyes, I have been really feeling the less is more vibe. I like just placing Mac Paint Pot in Groundwork all over my lid and blended out with my fingers and just tons and tons of waterproof mascara. Currently I really like the Lancome Definicils Waterproof mascara in black. I like that it feels quite dry when you’re applying it and it looks super dark. I also like long skinny wands usually so this is right up my street. It holds my curl and gives volume at the same time! Definitely worth a try!
Finally for lips, I like to bring out the fun bright pinks and corals again! This Revlon Super Lustrous lip gloss in Pink Pop is super cute and I love the simple packaging. Great to just apply without a mirror and look good.
