TIGI Diamond Lipstick

TIGI Cosmetics is a new brand to me that I've been playing around with. Picture above I have the Powder Foundation in Allure, Concealer Pencils in Light and Medium, High Density Eyeshadow in Orchid Pink, Glow Blush in Awaken, and Diamond Lipstick in Desired.  Keep reading to see which products I loved most and my final look that I created!

TIGI Diamond Lipstick

The star of the show for me turned out to be the Diamond Lipstick. Sure it looks cool but I wasn't sure how that diamond shape was going to apply. At first I thought this was going to be a very pigmented thick matte lipstick, but actually it's quite the opposite. It's a creamy, buttery, smooth and buildable lipstick that feels just like you're applying a thick moisturizing balm on. Also, at first I thought the lipstick bullet felt really large, but since you don't need to apply this lipstick so precisely, the big lipstick bullet just means more product for your money. The diamond shape is fun and it does kind of help with creating the lip shape you want, but honestly I just really love the formula and this beautiful browny peachy nude shade!

TIGI Powder Foundation Allure

I will probably continue to just wear the Powder Foundation as a setting powder. I did test this out as a base for a full day, but I like it much more as a light setting powder. I applied the foundation with the sponge it comes in the compact, and it was very easy to apply and blend out. I just don't like how full coverage and made up it made me look for the day, but as a setting powder, it's a great finely milled powder that looks great on top of my usual liquid foundation. The shade range is really nice and this shade, Allure, actually matches me spot on.

My second favorite product out of the range has to be the Glow Blush in Awaken. I love baked powder blushes in general and this is no exception. They just give you this summery, glow from within vibe that looks beautiful on anyone. Awaken is a gorgeous peachy shade that is perfect for summer. The High Density Eyeshadow is super pigmented and if you're someone who really loves to play with pops of color and dimension on the eyes, than you should definitely check these out! You can apply these dry or wet for added drama. I normally just go for neutrals so I thought packing it on my lower lash line was a fun but subtle colorful look. The Concealer Pencils are definitely unique because the formula is much more dry than I'm used to. I think it's best to blend these out with your finger and they really do provide lots of coverage. Light was way too light for me, but I used Medium under my eyes and to cover blemishes. I think it's a bit too dry for under your eyes, but actually fantastic for covering spots because the pencil can really pin point your problem areas and the formula doesn't slip or slide off. Overall I think these products all have amazing payoff and the formulas of all the products are all lovely.
