Labor Day Weekend Makeup
I've been keeping my makeup quite simple these days. Something new I've been adding to my face is a primer. Most days I'm quite lazy but I've been really liking this little pot from Clarins. It's the Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch makeup base and primer. I recently purchased this Revlon CC Cream after I came back from Fiji because my face was a lot darker and none of my bases matched my skin tone anymore. I got the shade Medium and it's a really good match for me now. I like that it has SPF 30 for every day and it's been perfect for the weekends and for work. For my eyes I've been pairing the Eyeko Eye Do Mascara, which I originally didn't like the brush and thought it wasn't that volumizing or lengthening, but after giving it a few more tries it's growing on me. I really like the packaging. And I've been pairing that with the Eyeko Me and My Shadow in Chocolate. It's super easy to blend out and layer and the brush at the end of it sucks but the shadow itself is something I've been reaching for a lot.
On my brows it's always the Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil. It's simply my favorite and on top of my base I've been using the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Dim Light. It's super finely milled so it doesn't make your face look powdery at all. I just really like the overall feel it gives your face. And that is it!
Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day Weekend!
